These terms govern all writing, publishing, and marketing services provided through our platform.

Ownership of Content

After the project is completed and full payment is received, all rights to the final content belong to you. You can use, reproduce, or distribute it freely.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before work begins. Any applicable local or international taxes or fees are the responsibility of the client.

Revision Guidelines

Revisions can be requested within seven days of receiving the completed project. In special cases, this may be extended up to fourteen days.

Typical revision timeline:

  • Projects delivered in 24 hours: Revisions within 24 hours
  • Projects delivered in 24–48 hours: Revisions within 48 hours
  • Longer projects: Revisions within 72 hours

Project Process

All project details will be confirmed with the client before work begins. Any changes or limitations will follow the agreed terms.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if an order is canceled before manuscript submission. Once submitted, a deduction of $150 or 10% of the total order (whichever is smaller) will apply.

No refunds will be issued after ninety calendar days from the purchase date.

Refund eligibility is based on the project stage:

  • Before manuscript submission: Full refund
  • After submission but before design: Refund minus $150 or 10%, whichever is smaller
  • After design starts but before final approval: 50% refund
  • After final approval: No refund
